Lomond View Nursery

The perfect hometown nursery for your yard and home. Beautiful plants, trees, flowers and products combined with advice and support from staff that make it the go to over big box options. It's a great example of why family owned and operated is greater for a community than corporate retail.

Between customer service and quality it's a zero. The plants, i did buy from but honestly they're are signs of disease/etc. I am not incorporatingthem into my garden. They're in a pot. The "help" i got, service was sad. I wandered into the area, which isn't blocked off, and saw price signs on the plants so I wandered in. There is a group of 4 dudes standing around. One asked, hi can I help. "I'm looking but I said I want snap dragons..." this same dude said this is the distribution center (why isn't it marked or blocked off unlike valley nursery) . "This is the distub center, but let me know if I can help you." I said snap dragons... now it was the evil looks from all 4 like i ruined their little chat session. The only one actively working was a teenage looking girl watering dude a second time about snap dragons. The crew were useless and worthless. I saw one watering the plants, she's busy. The other's were not doing anything. BTW the petunias i bought there were not healthy, the leaves had a disease. Id give a zero if I could. You're ridiculous and quality is low. I didn't buy bell peppers because they're all diseased and not quality. The owner needs to step in

Camryn was very helpful and knowledgeable! She helped us pick out a truck load of plants, shrubs, and trees. Thanks Camryn!

We stopped by to check out what trees they had just to compare to other nurseries and Lowe’s. Needless to say, we’ll be going back every season! Troy was incredibly kind and helpful in getting us set up with everything we needed and keeping us informed on growing conditions and good plant pairings as well as answering questions in a very helpful way. We’ll be going back in a month or two to check out more of the stock they’re growing now. They have a few tools and pots and various garden accessories as well and we were happy to see Botanical Interests seeds being sold! Our cherry trees are two days in and already blossoming! It’s pretty apparent to us that we found our favorite local nursery!

I bought a small tree there about 4 years ago. It was supposed to be some type of elm tree well-suited to our climate. A Frontier Elm if memory serves me correctly. Today, I had a certified arborist come out to my home to give me a quote to trim another tree in my front yard. He told me, with 100% certainty, that the tree I purchased from Lomond View is actually a Siberian Elm. A highly invasive species that should be avoided at all cost. Not only is it invasive, it's prohibited to plant a Siberian Elm in many cities in Utah. So it sounds like I spent $160 for what I thought was going to be a nice Elm tree, but instead I got an exceedingly common, prohibited nuisance that I now have to dig up. Thanks guys.
